the hotel offered fun activities. the activation team was great, including sultan and aya. they created a fun atmosphere and entertained us. the leader sultan and his team.
the fridge did not work well. i stored baby milk in the lobby bar fridge instead. i told reception twice, but no one fixed it.

the staff was helpful and cute. elmoatasim, arya, elvis sultan chaimae were especially great. they welcomed us and paid attention to everyone.

The pool area had plenty of space and the water was so refreshing. The hotel room had a great balcony. I really enjoyed relaxing there after a long day.
The gym equipment needed some serious updates. Several machines were out of service. I found the Wi-Fi signal to be quite weak in certain areas of the hotel. It.
